Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping in the USA usually takes 3–7 business days, while international orders may take 7–21 business days depending on customs and location.


Q: Can I track my order?

A: Absolutely! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package directly through the carrier’s website.


Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
